Jamie Foxx appears to be healthy and happy following a mysterious “medical complication” in April.
The actor was seen smiling and flashing fans a peace sign as he cruised down the Chicago River on a boat Sunday.
It is the first time Foxx has been seen in public since his hospitalization. He has not publicly addressed the health scare.
