R. Kelly Is Reportedly Engaged to Joycelyn Savage Looks like when R.Kelly gets out of jail in 30 years someone will be waiting on him. Reportedly, he is engaged to Joycelyn Savage. If you remember the very meme-worthy interview R.Kelly did with Gayle King, Joycelyn was one of the two women in that interview. It is also being reported Joycelyn wrote the judge in Kelly’s case a letter pleading for leniency prior to his sentencing and in it she referred to herself as his fiancee.
