Monday’s Powerball Jackpot Reaches $421M There were no winners in Saturday’s Powerball drawing, meaning Monday’s jackpot has climbed to $421 million. Saturday marked the 29th drawing in which there were no winners, Powerball officials say. The jackpot started at $40 million. If someone wins Monday’s drawing, they can either take the $421 million in annual payments, or they can accept one lump sum of $252.1 million, Powerball officials say. The odds of winning are 1 in 292 million. What’s the most you’ve won playing the lottery? Have you spent more than you’ve won?
