NBA Adding HBCU Classic Game To All-Star Weekend The NBA is adding a new attraction to All-Star Weekend as part of its commitment to historically Black colleges and universities. On Thursday, the league announced the first-ever HBCU Classic, which will take place during the 2022 All-Star Weekend in Cleveland. Howard University and Morgan State University have been invited to face off in the inaugural game. The league is also launching a new fellowship program for HBCU’s, through the NBA Foundation.
