Mike Tyson Accuses Hulu of Stealing His Story for Documentary Series Mike Tyson most likely won’t be watching the upcoming Hulu series based on his life. Tyson took to Twitter recently to share his frustrations about the series being made, which he says he was not approached to work on. “My life rights option expired years ago,” Tyson tweeted. “Hulu nor any of their supercilious team ever tried to engage in any negotiations with this Black man.” Tyson added, “They say this story is an exploration of a Black man. It’s more like an exploitation of a Black man. Hulu thinks their tracks are covered by hiring Black sacrificial lambs to play the part of as frontmen for their backdoor robbery is appalling. I will always remember this blatant disregard of my dignity.” The series, called “MIKE,” debuts on Hulu on August 25. Will you be watching this series?
