Marla Gibbs Is O.K. After Appearing To Pass Out I’m happy to inform you that Marla Gibba is “doing great” after appearing to pass out at her Hollywood Walk of Fame induction ceremony. During her speech, Marla seemed to have frozen silent and motionless at the podium. Her son immediately came up to help the 90-year-old sitcom star with a chair and bottled water. Later in the day, a rep for Marla informed everyone that she became “overheated” and is doing great.
