Keyshia Cole’s Mom Frankie, Dead at 61 Years Old Keyshia Cole’s biological mom, Frankie Lons, died yesterday (Sunday) on her birthday. She overdosed in her Oakland, CA home. Frankie’s battle with addiction is one Keyshia has openly shared with fans and documented on her reality show. Frankie was found by her son who had been checking on her daily. He said the family wants people to remember Frankie as someone who loved her kids and wanted her children to be together despite their rocky past.
