Dr. Dre Sued by His Former Marriage Counselor for Harassment

According to a recent complaint, Dr. Dre is constantly threatening his famous psychiatrist, making him believe he needs a bulletproof vest. In his lawsuit, Dr. Charles Sophy, a psychiatrist, claims he gave Dre and his ex-wife Nicole therapy and marriage counseling before mediating their divorce. According to the lawsuit that TMZ obtained, Sophy claims that Dre started sending him aggressive and threatening text messages 14 months after the divorce. Sophy believes Dre is falsely accusing him of instigating a third party to bad-mouth him in the media throughout the divorce. He says Dre dispatched colleagues disguised as FBI agents to his gated neighborhood to find him.

Sophy says he’s increased home security and only leaves in a bulletproof vest and hat since the incident. He wants Dre to keep 100 yards away and is suing him for $10 million.
