The USFWS is now accepting entries from k-12th graders for the 2010 Ohio Junior Duck Stamp Contest
The program provides an opportunity for students to artistically express their knowledge of the diversity, interdependence and beauty of wildlife

The Winter Crisis Program, a program that assists eligible households that are disconnected, threatened with disconnection, or have a supply of 25% or less of bulk fuel capacity, runs from Now-Mar. 31, or until the funding is exhausted
Households whose gross income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines are eligible- a family of four must be at or below $44,100 to be eligible.

**CAP has teamed up with Vectren to provide utility payment assistance of up to $200 to eligible families who need assistance with their natural gas heating bills this winter
This program is designed to assist households who may have already qualified for the Winter Crisis Program and those who are over income for the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP)
To be eligible, the household income must be between 176% and 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (between $38,588 and $44,100 for a family of four)
Funds may pay to connect, prevent disconnection, or pay a current of past due bill
The program goes through March 31st, or until funds are depleted

Eligible individuals or families must be at risk for homelessness due to eviction, discharge from a hospital or other institution, or living in condemned housing
Monthly income may not exceed $1,087.50 for an individual or $1554.16 for a family of four
