He was stopped for driving more than 90 mph in a 65 in California. Officers stopped him on December 30th as he was going northbound and was cited for speeding. On New Year’s Eve, he was pulled over again in the afternoon going the same speed but southbound. The sheriff said that a strong scent of marijuana came out the vehicle. What was found was a small bag of weed and he was cited for possession.
