Faith’s Valentine’s Day Gift Giving Tips!

I love Valentine’s Day and it’s just around the corner! However, I celebrate it a little differently than most.
Below are just a few ways that I make an expensive holiday very personal , affordable and stress free.

  • A Day Late Is Just Fine!
Day late candy, cards and gifts are just fine with me! Why? Because, as a thrift shopper I know that Valentine’s Day candy is 50-75% off a day or two later! Same candy and same cards 24-36 hours later it’s marked down! Yes! Savings!
  • Make It Personal!
I love “homemade” things like a personal picture collage, handwritten cards filled with special memories or gifts that have a personal touch added.(A craft store is a great place to start.)
  • Music Says What The Heart Can’t!
I love a series of videos that perhaps tells a relationship story or that are just all “Slow Jams” from the Old School. The thought that goes into preparing a video playlist speaks to how “Sweet” the moments really have been!(Youtube provides the links to share.)

I hope this lets you enjoy the People and make memories in your life and not just count the dollars spent!
Happy Valentin’s Day…….Muwah,
