X Factor” judge Kelly Rowland is finally confirming rampant rumors of her engagement to her manager/boyfriend Tim Witherspoon.

In an interview to air on Wednesday’s “Queen Latifah Show,” the 32-year-old showed off the big diamond ring on her finger and said, “He put a ring on it.”

“It’s been a while,” Rowland acknowledged. “We’ve kept it very, very low — for years, to be completely honest.”

Just last week, Arsenio Hall grilled her about the ring, but all she would say is, “I’m very happy. I believe in black love.”

So how did Witherspoon pop the question?

“He asked me first on Skype,” Rowland tells Latifah, laughing, “and I was like, ‘We’re so far away from each other.’”

Said Latifah: “It’s the happiest thing that happened in Bulgaria that day.”

There are successful people, then there is Beyonce and then there is Beyonce. Last night (December 13th), Beyonce released her fifth studio album on iTunes with no prior warning and  is already a lock for the #1 spot in Billboard.

According to Billboard, Beyonce’s new album Beyonce sold over 80,000 copies in its first three hours of release. Since Beyonce release her album Thursday evening/Friday morning Beyonce will only have three full days in the sales tracking week for the December 18th Billboard Top 200 charts. However, with over 80,000 sold in the first three hours, Beyonce is already more than half way to the project amount of 150,000 -160,000 units of Garth Brooks’ box set Blame It All On My Roots: Five Decades Of Influences who was originally predicted to top the charts.

Compared to her other albums, Beyonce is on pace to be her highest selling debut. Beyonce’s highest debut week goes to her 2006 album B’ Day, which sold 541,000.

R. Kelly's new album "Black Panties" is headed to the top teb debut on the Billboard album chart with sales predicted to be close to 100,000 units.  That's good news for Kells, because the R&B singer reportedly owes his ex-wife, Andrea Kelly, about one dollar for every one of those albums sold.

R. Kelly is said to be behind on $114,900 in child support payments to the star of VH1′s reality show Hollywood Exes. Project Child Support is providing information to Andrea Kelly’s lawyers to help collect the unpaid funds. PCS conducted an investigative report to determine Robert “R.” Kelly’s income and assets.

“We will provide Mrs. Kelly’s attorney with the terms and conditions we provided in other cases where the Court granted enforcement orders to enable the collection of arrears for our clients,” says Virginia M. Rucinski, president of the Custodial Support Foundation and Project Child Support initiative.

The Project Child Support initiative includes investigative, collection and apprehension services provided by Bounty Alert and legal services provided by Custodial Support Foundation.

Robert and Andrea were married for 13 years before getting divorced in 2009. They have three children together.

Arsenio Hall recently said that Kanye West was misinformed if he thought he was fired from his talk show.

"Like usual, Kanye's premise confuses the facts," Hall said in a video published by HipHollywood. "Therefore everything else has to be thrown out."

Hall continued, explaining that he was not fired.

"I just left my show," Hall said. "The White man didn't do nothing this time, bruh. Save that for when the White man do do somethin'."

West spoke about Arsenio Hall in a recent radio interview.

"I can use my voice, but what'll happen if y'all don't buy no more albums?" West said. "Then people are gonna say, 'He's like Arsenio Hall. He was turning up too much and now you fired, but when you got money, can't nobody fire you."

During the press conference, Hall also criticized West's 2013 single, "New Slaves."

"I hate the word ‘slave’ used in songs," Hall said in the press conference clip. "The [expletive] outta here. Do you know what that word is? Do you know what that word is all about? Nobody can use ‘slave’ in pop culture. If you’re in the music business, you shouldn’t [expletive] with that word. Too serious an era. Too serious a problem in America. There is no one that’s free to move around this country that should use the word ‘slave.’ Do you know what it meant to slaves?"

Mathew Knowles is denying claims that he's a deadbeat dad, reports  TMZ. Apparently, according to sources close to him, he's been late a couple of times with child support payments for his son with Alexsandra Wright and it shows up in the paperwork looking like he didn't pay at all.

Wright is claiming that he owes $24,000 for two months worth of payments and, according to the site, he's also already late on December.

Knowles and Wright conceived a son together in 2009, during his marriage to Beyonce' and Solange's mom, Tina Knowles. Wright released a statement to RadarOnline in August saying she's done everything she can to keep it out of the courts.

"My family and I have exhausted every non-legal avenue to urge Matthew to be a responsible father and to follow the stipulated judgment we reached together [regarding child support]," she said.

She added in an apology to the Knowles family women. "… I have the utmost respect and admiration for both of his daughters. … I also regret the pain that this situation has caused his ex-wife, Tina, and very much wish one day I will get the opportunity to tell her personally."

The sources familiar with the situation explained that there is a certain deadline to meet each month in order to get the credit in the paperwork for the payment.

As someone who’s had his fair share of controversy and drama, R. Kelly knows a thing or two about rising above circumstances for the big comeback.

The singer, who just released his latest album, “Black Panties,” took time out to talk about Chris Brown and his ability to rebound, rise up and keep it moving.

For Kelly, Brown’s ups and downs over the last few years invite comparisons to many famous leaders who have experienced their own set of setbacks. In Brown’s case, the R&B vet feels the “Fine China” singer is among the strong in dealing with everything that comes with being ‘Chris Brown.

“I only feel sorry for weak people,” Kelly recently told The Guardian. “And mostly what I’ve come to find is that the weak people are the ones that are the haters. The ones that’s talking about Chris Brown, or R. Kelly, or anybody that’s successful? I feel sorry for them, not Chris Brown, because he’s obviously one strong individual to be able to do what he’s done.”

“He got knocked down a little bit and he climbed up,” continued Kellz, who started naming a trio of game changers that took their lumps only to reemerge better than ever. “ You know, that sounds like Ali to me. That sounds like Martin Luther King to me. That sounds like a lot of the greats that have walked this earth. It even sounds a little bit like Jesus to me.”

Before anyone starts blasting Kelley, the singer is quick to point out that Brown is not in the same league as Jesus. Instead, Kelly sees a common trait found in both individuals.

“I’m not saying that Chris Brown is Jesus or R Kelly is Jesus. But Jesus is the No 1 inspirer of someone being knocked down and rising again,” he stated.

Sony Studio has just ramped up its effort to get Will Smith and Martin Lawrence to reunite for “Bad Boys 3.”

According to Deadline.com, the studio is in early talks with David Guggenheim to write the script. Guggenheim is considered a hot property in Hollywood after penning the Denzel Washington & Ryan Reynolds action thriller “Safe House.”

Deadline’s Mike Flemming Jr.:

“Bad Boys II” was released a decade ago, and the sequel grossed $273 million on a $160 million budget.Michael Bay directed the first two, but he doesn’t seem to be involved, at least at this point. Jerry Bruckheimer is producing the pic.

Sony is trying to do this with the original cast, which makes it different from the other big franchise reboots in the works, “Men In Black” and “Ghostbusters.” Those are being rebooted. With “Ghostbusters,” that has a lot to do with Bill Murray being unwilling to reprise his signature role. With “Men In Black,” the deal making on that film got to be prohibitively expensive with all the talent and producer back ends, to the point it was becoming impossible for the studio to make money.

Since making a splash with “Safe House,” Guggenheim has been working steadily on action thrillers that include a “Safe House” sequel, as well as the Scott Free-produced “Narco Sub” for Doug Liman to direct, the McG-directed “Puzzle Palace,” and “Weaponized,” an adaptation of the novel Guggenheim wrote with Nicholas Mennuti.
