The Carters are being sued by Hungarian artist Mitsou for having "sampled and digitally manipulated without her permission."

Court documents claim that her recording of the track "Bajba, Bajba Pelem" was used in the intro of "Drunk in Love" and throughout the first minute of the track. "Mitsou has never signed any documents that would permit anyone to use her voice for advertising or trade purposes," the suit says.

Protesters, who have been in New York City since the decision not to indict the officers involved in the death of Eric Garner, were given food thanks to John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen.

"A rep for the singer confirms to ETonline that Legend and Teigen hired several food trucks to pass out meals to demonstrators and New York City's homeless on Sunday," reported ETonline.

Mariah Carey has been announced to perform at the 2014 "Christmas in Rockefeller Center".

"Mariah Carey, Prince Royce, Darius Rucker and the Rockettes will join the star-studded holiday special, 'Christmas in Rockefeller Center,' airing live from Rockefeller Center® in New York City on Wednesday, Dec. 3 (8-9 p.m. ET)," NBC Universal stated. "Carey will open the holiday program with a very special performance of her #1 smash hit 'All I Want For Christmas is You.'"

It seems that Prince could never get the hang of social media, and as of yesterday his accounts are off the web.

This comes after Prince did a 3-hour Q&A session with fans on his Facebook page. During the entire event, he only briefly answered one fan’s question.

The social media accounts may have only been used as a means to promote the two albums that Prince dropped this year. Did you listen to either of the two new albums?

Mary J. Blige performed her new single 'Therapy' from The London Sessions at the AMAs last night.

"It touched my heart because it's a topic that people don't like to talk about,” Blige told Billboard in an interview about the track. “I thought it would be nice to let people know, 'It's OK, you're not the only one.'"

One of Motown's great, Jimmy Ruffin, passed away Monday at the age of 78. The news was announced by Ruffin's family.

"Jimmy Ruffin was a rare type of man who left his mark on the music industry," the Ruffin family said in a statement released. "My family in its entirety is extremely upset over his death. He will truly be missed."

"We will treasure the many fond and wonderful memories we all have of him."

The trailer for the upcoming Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. "Selma" just released.

The film chronicles the three-month period in 1965, when Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. led a the campaign for equal voting rights.  The epic march from Selma to Montgomery culminated in President Johnson signing the Voting Rights Act of 1965, one of the most significant victories for the civil rights movement.  

The flim stars David Oyelowo as Dr. King, Cuba Gooding Jr., Common, and Oprah Winfrey.

On Tuesday, President Obama announced this year's recipients of the Medal of Freedom.

The 19 recipients include Stevie Wonder, Meryl Streep, and Tom Brokaw among others. The Medal of Freedom is the highest civilian medal and is awarded to those who promote U.S. security, world peace and cultural achievement.

Michelle Williams spoke with HuffPost Live in a recent interview. During a question from a fan, Williams was asked if she’s ever been star struck while meeting a celebrity.

The answer was yes and that celebrity was Whitney Houston. Houston told William’s and the girls to “stay together, stick together, love each other.”

One of which involved Frank Ocean and his posse outside a Hollywood recording studio. That case was settled for $20,000, according to TMZ.

Another case saw Brown being accused of punching a fan in the face outside of a Washington, D.C. hotel. That case was settled for $100,000.
