Jay Z has joined the ranks of stars paying tribute to Nelson Mandela.  During his concert at Los Angles’ Staples Center on Dec. 9, the rapper dedicated “Young Forever” to Mandela, who died Dec. 5.  “We want to dedicate this song to Nelson Mandela. A great man, spent 27 years in prison, came out to be president. All dreams are possible,” Jay Z said. “Tonight I’m living my dream in front of y’all. So anyone out there who got a dream, y’all chase that motherf—er down as hard as you can.”

Mandela’s funeral, held in South Africa on Dec. 10, drew world leaders including President Barack Obama.

Jay Z is currently on his Magna Carter World Tour.
